Do you know…

The taste of chocolate also affects the area where the cocoa beans grew up.

The added vegetable oil doesn’t belong in chocolate! We avoid it when choosing a chocolate and making pralines.

There are four basic types of chocolate since 2017: dark, milk, white and red. It is made from so called Ruby beans.

The dark chocolate influences human healthy. The limit for “healthy chocolate” starts from 70 – 75% of the cocoa contained in it.
